As an IT systems electronics technician, you will act as the interface between the customer and technology by developing and supporting customised hardware and software solutions. Your first step begins with the installation of devices, networks or software products for information and communication technology and extends from modification and troubleshooting to extensive system maintenance. In addition to all these technical aspects such as programming, network support and hardware repairs, you will also look after customers and work with them to solve any questions and problems that arise. The dual training programme lasts 3 years.

Apprenticeship: Office management assistant

In order for a company to function smoothly, we need you as a prospective office management assistant with an insight into in business management matters. You will be responsible for all commercial, administrative and organisational tasks. This includes, for example, bookkeeping, payroll accounting, but also accounting and tax matters. You will also write invoices, monitor incoming payments and handle correspondence with customers and suppliers. Your organisational tasks will include coordinating appointments and preparing for meetings. You will maintain an overview of all issues and ensure that everyday office life runs smoothly. The dual training programme lasts 3 years.

Apprenticeship: E-commerce clerk

The customised dual vocational training programme for e-commerce clerks offers a new commercial qualification geared towards digital business models, which provides a solid and broad basis for the next generation of skilled workers.

As an e-commerce merchant, you are the first point of contact for customers by providing them with information about various online sales channels providing professional advice and planning information and communication-specific solutions together with the customer. You will design ranges of goods or services for for e-commerce, manage them online and develop them further. You will also be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. This also includes the procurement and evaluation of information, primarily in English. The dual training programme lasts 3 years
